"This group is a very ethical group. I am amazed that a company like this still exists. I wish I had found this group before I had started construction. My reno with another contractor was not going smoothly and made the difficult decision to find a different contractor. When we started working with MTM Building Group, I was expecting to buy my own fixtures and having to manage/monitor the work. However, this group is one step ahead, and they purchase everything and know when to purchase items to meet the timeline and not cause delays. I am free to have a life without having to worry about the reno. Micheal, Nancy, Ron, and Terry treated our house like their own, and they have been in the field for decades. I wish they were with us from when we were talking to the architect because they knew from experience what works and what doesn't from the construction point. They were able to clear some things that were less efficient financially. I have not had to redo anything or correct things. Micheal informs me of all the issues that he discovers and lets me make my informed decision rather than hiding it. He's there every working day to make sure everything runs efficiently and as planned. We have been ahead of our timeline and we have passed all our inspections with flying colors, and 4 at a time at that. We get a boutique experience, and all I can say is that I'm impressed and grateful to have met them."

"MTM did a beautiful job on my recent remodel. They added a master bedroom suite and doubled the size of my living room. The quality of the workmanship was beyond amazing. Michael was at our house every day to manage and inspect the work and deal with multiple inspections. Nancy was very helpful when working with me to do the best the design possible, and she also helped to select the best materials for the job. I still can't believe the entire project took only four months! My neighbor is doing the same type of remodel with a different builder, and their house has been under construction for 10 months so far. I figure it will take them over a year to do what I had done in four months. I would highly recommend working with MTM for your next remodeling job."
